Dylan Newhall
A little bit about me.
Hello, my name is Dylan Newhall, I’m 19 years old and in my sophomore year of college at Keene state as a graphic design major ready to get creative and invent new designs, one poster, website, what have you at a time. I wanted to go for and achieve a graphic design degree because of my passion for art and its creative process, I also wanted to take after my father who is an actual career graphic designer and who also happened to graduate from keene state. I know that I’m just starting out but I’ve got big ideas and an even bigger will to make and create and while I’m still learning and growing and may not know everything yet, but I’m not gonna stop trying and I’m pushing forward until the end. I may not have a ton of personal graphic design experience given my relative “ newness “ to it, but I still have a decent amount of knowhow when it comes to the actual designing of things around me. I learned that not only is the images seen in the design important but that the typography is equally necessary to the design’s appeal and the ability for the viewers to understand its message. The spacing of both the pictures and the type itself is also important for viewers to read your design in the first place, color choice also matters so it catches the viewers eyes, make it unique with the placing of objects and words, and make it represent you and your style as much as what your actually designing will allow for.
